FMK Global Logistics offers logistics, shipping, and consultancy services. Services include shipment facilitation, claims consultation, and end-to-end logistics solutions via trusted carriers. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Full payment is required upfront before services commence. Once FMK Global Logistics has received payment, the shipping labels and commercial invoices will be provided to the client. Clients must ensure prompt payment to avoid delays; services may be suspended if payment is not received on time.
Cancellations made within the same day/hour prior to shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued once the shipment has been dispatched. Refunds are only applicable before shipment commencement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate box weights and dimensions. Any discrepancies between declared and actual measurements will result in additional charges, invoiced to the client.
Clients must provide accurate HS (Harmonized System) codes for customs purposes. Any penalties, delays, or extra charges due to incorrect HS codes or shipment details are the client’s responsibility.
Insurance coverage for shipments is optional and must be purchased separately. Claims for loss or damage can only be filed if insurance coverage is purchased. Claims must be submitted within the specified timeline, along with required documents/information as requested by the FMK Global Logistics team. A £40 (or equivalent $50) fee applies for claims support involving carriers.
Services mentioned in the FAQs are eligible for a 30% refund in case of delays directly caused by carriers. Delays caused by external factors, including operational disruptions, customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier policy changes, are not eligible for a money-back guarantee.
Clients must ensure packages are in proper condition before shipping. FMK Global Logistics is not liable for loss or damage unless insurance is purchased and specific agreements are made.
Shipping dangerous goods or illegal items is strictly prohibited. Any shipment containing such items will be rejected, and the client will be held fully responsible for legal consequences, fines, or penalties incurred.
Clients shipping perishable goods must ensure proper packaging and timely delivery arrangements. FMK Global Logistics is not liable for damage or spoilage of perishable items unless specific agreements are made for refrigerated or special handling services.
FMK Global Logistics will not be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or operational disruptions beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for any additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect information, including customs fees, storage, or re-shipping. Clients must ensure that packages are ready to be picked up as per the scheduled pickup time. If a carrier attempts pickup and the packages are not ready, a £25 (or equivalent $30) charge will apply for the failed attempt and rescheduling fees. In the event of shipment returns, if customs require additional information and the client fails to provide it within the specified timeframe, the return shipment and any associated charges will be the client’s liability.
FMK Global Logistics facilitates shipping through trusted carriers but does not own transportation vehicles. FMK Global Logistics is not liable for delays, damages, or other issues caused by carriers or third-party services.
FMK Global Logistics provides consultancy services to assist businesses with shipment management, claims filing, customs clearance, and logistics optimization. These services are advisory in nature, and implementation responsibility lies solely with the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK laws.
